During the 9 days you will cover Knife Skills, Stocks, sauces and dressings, Fish and seafood prep, meat and poultry prep, veg prep, egg dishes, pasta making, partry techniques, baking, desserts and chocolate and last but not least Bread making. You will also cover food and beverage service, napkin folding and cutlery settings as well as Menu planning, time management aand budgeting.
